Which plan should I choose?
Both plans give you every partner discount, credits and giveaway entries. Annual is paid once a year and works out cheaper per month. Monthly is paid each month if you would rather pay as you go. Either way you save at the same places.
Where can I use my discounts?
At every business on our partners page, from cafés and shops to beauty, days out and holiday stays. New partners join all the time.
How do I redeem a discount?
In store, tap your phone on the partner’s plaque or scan their QR code. Your verification screen pops up instantly, so just show it to a member of staff. For partners you book with, tap “Redeem Discount” on their listing and you’ll get a summary card with your details and discount to send when you make your booking.
Are discounts one time use?
No. You can use your discounts as many times as you like, at any partner, for as long as you’re an active member.
What are credits for?
Credits are your entries into our monthly giveaway draws. You earn them when you redeem a discount in store, and you can spend them on any live giveaway. You can also earn bonus credits through referrals and partner promotions.
How do referrals work?
Every member has a unique referral link in their dashboard to share by text, WhatsApp or wherever’s easiest. When a friend joins using that link, you both automatically get 5 bonus credits. There are no codes to enter and nothing extra to do.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from your account whenever you like, and your membership stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
